Imagine the outcome of the event before it happens. Elite athletes and Olympic champions also use this technique to enhance their performance, to win (Michael Jordan, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Michael Phelps, Roger Federer, just to name a few).

Feel it as much as you can using your imagination and all your senses! I know what your first thought is. It sounds very good, but I am neither an elite athlete nor an Olympic champion. How can this help me?

Let's say you're about to give a speech on stage at a conference in front of hundreds of people and you don't feel comfortable doing it at all. You're nervous. First of all, let me tell you, you're not alone! These are all perfectly natural feelings. There's nothing to worry about. I'll show you how to use visualization as a technique to do the final rehearsal before the actual event.


How do we do this?

Together we go onsite (the actual stage and conference room) and we do a mental practice, a cognitive rehearsal. We prepare all our senses and rehearse it in our heads over and over again until it feels natural, so that when the day of the speech comes you will know exactly what to expect, what to feel, how to behave and react.
